del Cuadro-Zimmerman & Mount, PLLC accepted to D.C. Superior Court Probate Fiduciary Panel
On September 27th, 2017 Judith was accepted to the D.C. Superior Court Probate Fiduciary Panel. The Panel is constituted of experienced probate attorney’s equipped to handle guardianship, conservatorship, and probate related litigation. Panel members undergo through investigation via the court’s application process. They are also required to attend extensive additional training to ensure all panel attorneys are prepared to accept court appointed cases. Congratulations to Judith for passing the Court’s rigorous acceptance process.

Judith has been a dedicated member of the WBA since graduating from law school. Before accepting her current leadership position, she served as Co-chair of the WBA Solo & Small Practice Forum. She is proud to continue promoting the interests of women in the legal profession

Congratulations to Will, who today became a member of the D.C. Superior Court Counsel for Child Abuse and Neglect (CCAN) and Juvenile Delinquency Panels.
Congratulations to Judith, who today became a member of the D.C. Superior Court Counsel for Child Abuse and Neglect (CCAN) and Guardian ad Litem (GAL) Panels. The CCAN, Juvenile, and GAL panels are constituted to protect the constitutional rights of individuals by providing clients with court appointed attorneys for the duration of their case. Judith and Will are proud to serve the D.C. community in this capacity.
